When sending your order, you receive an informative email, which contains the shipping number of your order (track number).
For the shipment of the parcels we cooperate with the company "Geniki Taxydromiki" and with other transport companies.
Delivery of parcels
The delivery of the order is done exclusively to the buyer, who should receive his parcel, showing his personal identity or passport. The buyer is solely responsible for the cost and shipping of the products. In order to deliver the order, the competent carrier must certify the identity of the recipient with the buyer details indicated by the customer on kappadokis.eu during the order.
Shipping and cash on delivery costs
Shipping for Greece is free. For shipments abroad there is a charge of 30 €.
Athens and Thessaloniki: Within 1-2 working days
Land destinations: Within 1-2 working days
Island Greece: Within 2-4 working days
Inaccessible areas: Plus 1-2 working days in addition to the above mentioned per category.
Cyprus: Within 4-7 days
All orders and shipments of products are sent during the operating hours of the company: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday: 9:00 - 15:00 // Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:00 - 14:00 and 17:00 - 21:00 .
Orders placed on kappadokis.eu on weekdays until 12:00 noon and provided the products are available, are delivered within 1-2 days to urban center.
Orders placed during the holidays are excluded. We also do not serve orders during the official holidays that apply to Greece.
For the shipment of orders we cooperate with the company "Geniki Taxydromiki" and the products are shipped the same day or the next day, unless a product is available. In this case the customer is informed via e-mail or by phone by us to schedule the delivery date.
Our company sends its products all over the world. If the kappadokis.eu ordering system informs you that there are no shipping methods available for the country of residence, please contact us.
Possible additional charges
In inaccessible areas and for heavy - bulky items there may be additional charges for the transport of products to these points and is done in consultation with the transport company.
Events of Force Majeure
Our company will not be liable for breach of obligations under these terms or liable for any damages for any delays or inability to deliver the products to the buyer or any other third party, if and to the extent that such delays or failure of delivery are due in incidents that can not be attributed to the fault of our company, including, inter alia, cases such as: adverse weather conditions, floods, explosions, fires, natural disasters, accidents, riots, strikes, compliance with any legislative or governmental act or any other general cause which it could not have foreseen or could not have prevented, such as when the country of dispatch prohibits the import of the sent products, meaning the above as indicative cases of force majeure, and / or inability to communicate with the customer by phone / email / sms for any problem with his order. In case that it is not possible to deliver products within the aforementioned schedule and / or for any other delay and / or failure of delivery due to force majeure as mentioned above, our company will contact you as soon as possible for your best service, to state if you wish to receive, even with a time delay, your order.
Changes – Returns
Refunds will be made according to the payment method chosen by the user / customer / buyer when purchasing the respective product.
The refund will be paid only to the specific person who completed the purchase and paid the corresponding amount.
More specifically, the return of products charged by our company is accepted in the following cases:
1. In case our company does not execute the order correctly through kappadokis.eu (error during the registration of the order, the invoicing or the shipment). In this case, the customer should not accept to receive the product. The products must be returned in excellent condition, completely sealed and packaged, without being used and without any damage. The products must be returned in their original packaging (box, etc.).
2. In the event that upon receipt, the customer identifies any defect in the product which is directly related to its essential ingredients, packaging or product quality and which is obviously not attributed to the customer's fault or misuse or misuse product, our company will replace the defective product. The user must inform us in writing by sending an e-mail, accompanied by photos, to email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt of the defective product (s), otherwise the customer explicitly and unconditionally accepts that he loses the right to return without any ex-post rights. Defective products must be returned directly to the company in excellent condition and with all the contents of the original packaging in order to be entitled to a refund or replacement of the product. The decision to identify the defect and replace the product or refund your money will be at the discretion of our company. Once your respective claim for a defective product is approved, our company will proceed with its replacement or the refund of the money paid for its purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the respective product.
Any shipping costs for the replacement of the products as well as for the return of the defective products or for the return of products due to incorrect registration of your order through the fault of our company, will be borne by us. In any case you have simply changed your mind about your purchase (Right of Withdrawal), you are entitled and free to withdraw within 14 calendar days of receipt by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The products must be returned in excellent condition, completely sealed and packaged, without being used and without any damage. The products must be returned in their original packaging (box, etc.). Our company will refund your money within 14 calendar days of receiving your product and will pay you with the same payment method you chose at the initial time of your transaction. (If the payment method was cash on delivery, then you must notify us of a bank account in order for us to send you the money).
The cost of returning the product in this case is borne entirely by you. In case you do not meet any of the above conditions, or if the product has been processed or is not refundable, we reserve the right not to accept your withdrawal.
